烤瓷铝单板结构跟铝单板差不多，采用X质高强度铝合金板材，经过数控折弯等技术成型，主要由面板（雕刻好的板）、加强筋和角码组成。加强筋与板面后的电焊螺钉连接，使之成为一个牢固的整体，极大增强烤瓷铝单板的强度与刚性，保证了长期使用中的平整性及抗震能力。
