Product features: Pipeline pump is vertical structure, with the same import and export caliber, and located in the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with installation foot, which increases the stability of the pump, compact and beautiful shape, small occupation area and low construction investment. The impeller is directly installed on the lengthened shaft of the motor. Its axial dimension is short and its structure is compact. The reasonable configuration of the pump and the motor bearings can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise. Shaft seals adopt mechanical seals or mechanical seals combination, imported titanium alloy seals, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals and cemented carbide materials, wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals. Installation and maintenance are convenient, without removing the pipeline system, all the rotor components can be extracted by removing the pump nut. Series and parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of operation, i.e. flow rate and head. The pump can be installed vertically and horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
属立式结构，因其进出口在同一直线上，且进出口口径相同，仿似一段管道，可安装在管道的任何位置故取名为管道泵(又名增压泵)。 结构特点:为单吸单X离心泵，进出口相同并在同一直线上，和轴中心线成直交，为立式泵。

安装1、设备转轴的径向跳动应≤0.04毫米，轴向量不允许大于0.1毫米;2、设备的密封部位在安装时应保持清洁，密封零件应进行清洗，密封端面完好无损，防止杂质和灰尘带入密封部位;3、在安装中严禁碰击、敲打，以免使机械密封付破损而密封失效;
