5、维修方便。勿需拆卸管道，只要拆下泵盖螺母，取出电机及传动组件即可进行检修。
属立式结构，因其进出口在同一直线上，且进出口口径相同，仿似一段管道，可安装在管道的任何位置故取名为管道泵(又名增压泵)。 结构特点:为单吸单X离心泵，进出口相同并在同一直线上，和轴中心线成直交，为立式泵。
4、安装时在与密封相的表面应涂一层清洁的机械油，以便能顺利安装;5、安装静环压盖时，拧紧螺丝必须受力均匀，保证静环端面与轴心线的垂直要求;6、安装后用手推动动环，能使动环在轴上灵活，并有一定弹性;

3、IHG型立式管道化工泵，供输送不含固体颗粒，具有腐蚀性，粘度类似于水的，适用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、造纸、食品制药使用温度为20℃~+120℃。
