为保证泵的运行，必须定期（使用一个时期后，在运行条件不变的情况下，电流下降时）渣浆泵叶轮与前护板间隙，使其保持0.75-1.00mm之间。10.经常检测轴承温度不得X过75℃。11.泵连续运行800小时后应更换油一次。12.备用泵应每周转动1/4圈，以使轴均匀地承受静载荷及外部振动。13.若停机时间较长，再次启动前应使用反冲水冲洗泵内沉积物后方可启动。
