QJ深井泵概述
QJ型深井泵是将深井泵中的地下水提到地上的东西。它将电动机与水泵装在一起，放到井中去，直接由电动机驱动水泵的叶轮，将井水提上来，可供城市工矿企业供排水，乡村排灌之用，其特色“泵构造简略，性能，装置运用方便。
QJ型潜水泵可在下列条件下接连工作运用：
1.额外为50HZ，额外电压为380±5%V的三相交流电源。
2.水泵进水口有必要在动水位1米位以下，但潜水深度不得X越静水位以下70米，电机下端距井底水深少在1米以上。
3.水温一般不得高于20℃.
4.水质请求：（1）水中含砂量不大于0.01%（分量比）；
（2）PH值在6.5~8.5规模；
（3）氯离子含量不大于400毫克/升。

*150QJ10-178深井潜水泵特点
1、潜X泵为离心式或混流式；选用水光滑轴承；与电机的联接选用联轴器刚性联接。泵叶轮在电机股动下产生离心力，使能量添加经泵壳的导流效果进行提水。在水泵上端设有逆止阀体，避免电泵停机时，因扬水管中倒流的水损坏作业部件。阀上有泄水孔，可将管路中的水慢慢放掉，避免冬季冻裂管路。 (注：低扬程潜水泵不设逆止阀体)
2、深井潜水泵电机为密闭充水湿式构造。电机定子绕组选用耐水的聚绝缘，尼龙护套多层构造的电磁线。导轴承及推力轴承均选用水光滑原料。电机内部充满清水，用以冷却电机和光滑轴承。电机底部装有调压膜，用以由电机温升的机清水的胀缩压差。电机的上端轴上装有防砂组织，用来阻挠水中泥砂深井潜水泵机部。
3、管路有些：用以联接多X泵使其吊装在机井中，将水输送到地上上去。X要由短输水管、输水管、弯管、夹板等部电泵的装置件构成。短输出管是输水管路与多X泵的衔接过渡部件。弯管装置在井口处，以改动水流的传送方向。夹板是在化工泵的装置中吊装和固定输出管路。

1、QJ型深井泵机组由：水泵、潜水电机（包含电缆）、输水管和操控开关四大有些构成。
单吸多X立式离心泵：潜水电机为密闭充水湿式、立式三相笼异步电动机，电机与水泵经过爪式或单健筒式联轴器直接；配备有不一样规格的三芯电缆；起动设备为不一样容量等X的空气开关和自偶减压起动器、输水管为不一样直径的钢管制成、选用法兰联接，高扬程式电泵选用闸阀操控。2潜水泵每X导流壳中装有一个橡胶轴承；叶轮用锥形套固定在泵轴上；导流壳选用螺纹或螺栓联成一体。
3、高扬程潜水泵上部装有止回阀，避免停机水垂形成机组损坏。
4、潜水电机轴上部装有迷宫式防砂器和两个反向装置的骨架油封，避免流砂电机。
5、潜水电机选用水光滑轴承，下部装有橡胶调压膜、调压绷簧，构成调压室，调理因为温度的压力改变；电机绕组选用聚乙稀绝缘，尼龙护套耐用消费品水电磁线，电缆联接按QJ型电缆接头技术，把接头绝缘刮净漆层，别离接好，焊接结实，用生橡胶绕一层。再用防水粘胶带缠2~3层，外面包上2~3层防水胶布或用水胶粘结包一层橡胶带（自行车里带）以防渗水。
6、电机密闭，选用精细止口螺栓，电缆出口加胶垫进行密封。
7、电机上端有一个孔，有一个放气孔，下部有一个孔。
8、电机下部装有上下止推轴承，止推轴承上有沟槽用于冷却，和它对磨的是不锈钢推力盘，随水泵的上下轴向力。
