抗震支架产品系统技术要求
抗震支架必须使用成品构件材料,不得使用型钢进行焊接。
抗震支架系统使用的C型槽钢,抗震支吊架系统使用的C型槽钢,其钢材屈服强度不低于250MPa,抗拉强度不低于330MPa。
抗震支架系统的斜向支撑C型槽钢应使用冷弯薄壁成品支架槽钢。其截面形式为:41x41mm、41x52mm或41x72mm。其壁厚不小于2.0mm,其截面形状应带有深度不低于1mm的加劲肋以确保受力。
抗震支吊系统使用的C型槽钢的镀锌层厚度必须≥20微米,并提供相关镀锌层厚度测试报告和240小时中性盐雾试验报告。
如果门型抗震支架系统由于受力计算要求需要使用双面拼接C型槽钢时,为确保双面槽钢的整体受力性能,要求其拼接工艺应采用背孔冲压连接或一体激光焊接工艺,不得使用不连续点焊连接。
抗震支架使用的C型槽钢其卷边内沿必须带有深度不小于0.9mm的热处理齿牙,同时与之配合的连接扣件也应带有相同深度的齿坑,以保证咬合连接模式在遇到较大水平荷载的时,连接能实现延性破坏
