Machine Standard Configuration:

1.Reasonably solid square steel frame: Panel 25mm thick, solid cage with 60 * 60mm square steel, the base frame with square tube 120mm × 120mm, widening after gearbox for repair

2.Crusher system:

  • Upright pulp frame, equipped with auto rising system by sliding motor, more convenient for loading and uploading pulp, the diameter of pulp should be ≤1400mm
  • Crusher, horizontally feeding, adopted with sawmill, can crush untreated, half treated and treated pulp, pulp width is ≤480mm , the capacity of crusher motor is 30KW, bursting strength of pulp is ≤1200kpa, can crush about 600kg/hour

15. Horizontalstacker transmission

Servo driving horizontal stacker adopts double pusher and double exits. It divss 25% and speed is 15-20bags/minute. Each push pieces range is 18-36pieces/push. The product length is 200-300mm, width140-200mm after folding.

Please note that stacker is not included into the main machine. Customer needs to choose it or other packing ways.

16. Driving system

Adopt servo motors +frequency convertor +three-axis for transmission controlling, main raw materials unwinding driven by frequency control, to guaranteethe divcision and stability of the machine in high speed, and can realize not change any transmission parts to change the product’s size, can directly set on PLC, easy to operate and maintain

All cutter racks adopt with CNC processing, guarantee the divcisionof bade and prolong the cutter’s lifetime

17. Air supply

  • Vacuum, drum former, dust and wastage collection during production process adopt with several sets air pump and positivedivssure blower
  • Air supply is set on the top of machine, made by steel tube, reduce the static electricity, high divssure blower unified air supply, divssure can be adjusted
  • Air tube is set on the top of machine, unified conveyed by galvanized pipe/PVC pipe, connect necessarydistributing pipe at the nearest place, neatly arrangement

2. Driving system

  • Single button starts up one by one to reduce the power network impact

3. Unwinding and splicing

  • HydrophobicNW, bottom film adopt frequency converter A/B individual unwinding with auto splicing function.
  • Material diameter: bottom filmφ600mm, all the othersφ800mm. Core inner diameter 3 inches.
  • Unwinding is stable when splicing. Splicing can be automatic or by manual.
  • Splicing speed can be set on screen.
  • Splicing diameter can be divcisely adjusted to save the material cost.

4. Material supplying control unit

  • It adopts Frequencyconverter to control wood pulp supplying amount. The supplying amount can be set on the touchable screen
  • SAP supplying adopts servo motor control, uninterrupted supplying. The supplying amount can be adjusted and shown on the touchable screen. Shortage alarm

5. Operating touchable screen

  • Operating screen equipped on the middle of the machine, with Chinese and English program
  • Material shortage, joint, connection, Fan ,Vacuum pump working state can show on the screen
  • The data of counting position, quantity can adjust on the screen
  • Working speed(piece/min), single producing output, monthly output, annual output, counting quantity and products’ passing rate can show on the screen

6. Heating system

  • Thermocouple control temperature system

  • Heating system adopts cylinder divssure, when machine stopped, all heating parts up automatically, when machine running, it returns again and it can be manual controlled independently

7. Safety unit

8. Independent wire casing is set at the side of back transmission box, divided into strong and weak lines, neatly arrangement, with independent door.

9. Spray, scraping glue control system

  • Reasonable glue spray position reservation, glue tube go through from the hole on the top of machine into back transmission cabinet, then straightly come out from machine board, glue tube can be fixed in transmission cabinet to avoid rubbing with other parts

Delivery place:NANJING Port.

Delivery time:

The machine shall be ready within ****working days after the Seller receives the deposit and the sample drawings have been confirmed by both parties.

The Seller shall inform the Buyer of the machine completion in written form by fax or by email.

Payment term:

Machinery payment

The Buyer shall pay the Seller 30% of the total contact amount by TT payment within 14 days from the date the contract is signed. The machine shall be loaded within 3 working days after the Seller receives the rest 70% by TT or by LC payment before shipping.

Note: If Buyer cannot pay the deposit by the specified date as required above, the Seller has the right to re-price the machine.

Raw material payment

The Buyer shall pay the Seller 50% of the total contact amount by TT payment within 14 days from the date the contract is signed. The raw materials shall be loaded within 3 working days after the Seller receives the rest 50% by TT before shipping.

Quality guarantee periodand wage:

The Seller offers a 12-month quality guarantee period from the delivery date. During this period, the Seller shall repair the machine and provide repair parts (wearing parts, and parts subject to normal wear and tear(like: cutters and belts,etc)or damage attributable to the Buyer excluded). The damage attributable to the Buyer shall be repaired at the Buyer’s cost.(the warranty period is valid from 30 days after the buyer is informed of the test of the machine.)

Approved before shipping:

Machine will be tested and approved in seller’s factory before delivery. The time for testing in seller’s factory will not be more than 15 minutes. Raw materials consumption within 15 minutes will be afforded by seller. If customer needs more time for testing, the cost will be afforded by customer

The wastage excludes the circumstances when glue applicator breaks down or exchange material.

Installation and Testing:

1: The Seller shall be responsible for the first installation and adjustment of the machine sold. Erection Period: __****__ days

2: Installation and adjustment abroad: The Buyer shall pay for the transportation, accommodation (room and board) and translation if it requires the Seller to offer after-sales services like installation, adjustment, training workers, and machine maintenance abroad. The accommodation offered by the Seller shall be of three-star standard of China’s Hotel at least.

3.1 The Buyer shall pay the after-service technicians sent by the Seller 100USD per day during extended time. The term of extended time must be within10 working days.

3.2 If the installation can’t be done for the reason attributable to the Buyer, like lack of supporting facilities or raw materials, the Buyer shall pay the technicians sent by the Seller 100USD per day during the extended time. All the payment shall be made within three days after the installation and adjustment is completed. Otherwise, the Seller has the right to terminate after-sales service.

Store Condition:

Factory-set-up should meet these demands:

1: Without vibration, clean and clear environment, good ventilation, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances around.

2: Flat concrete ground, concrete number should be at least 300#; ground level difference should be within 15-25mm, so that machine adjustment is more convenient.

3: Ground should have enough bearing capacity. Concrete ground thickness is no less than 200mm. if machine is put on the 2nd floor, concrete floor(reinforced concrete pouring) average bearing capacity is at least 3.5tons/sm. machine is put no more than on the 2nd floor.

4: To keep at least 1 meter distance between the back side of machine (including attached equipment) and the walls.

5: To divvent the accident due to the uneven ground.

6: The inside temperature in the factory is no less than 12-15℃.

Raw materials store should meet these demands.

1: Tray shelves are needed to put at the bottom of raw materials in case of damp and moisture.

2: Clean and clear environment, sealed and closed, no mosquito, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances around.

3: To keep normal temp. 15-30 ℃inside the store is ok.

1:6-square-meter working table for packing.(if attached stacking machine and automatic packing equipment that can be omitted.)

2:Hand-lift jack. Used to move material from racks and around the plant floor;

3:Pallet racks. Allows storing of raw material and finished goods while saving floor space;

4:Head coverings and masks. It is highly recommended that production line employees are wearing head covering and mask in order to meet international sanitary standards;
