5.2 用500V兆欧表测量绕组（定子绕组和制动器绕组）的绝
缘电阻，在冷状态时所测得的绝缘电阻值不得低于1MΩ。绝缘电
阻过低应进行干燥处理。测量完绝缘电阻应使绕组对地放电。
Check the insulation resistance of the windings (of stator and the
brake coil) to the earth with 500V Mega meter. In the cold status, the
measured insulation resistance should not be lower than 1MΩ. If the
insulation resistance value is low, the dry process should be done. The
windings should be discharged to the earth.
5.3 检查各部位螺栓是否拧紧。
Check if all the screws are tight.
5.4 检查出线盒中接线头与引出线端的相序是否相对应，接
地线连接是否牢固，接地情况是否良好。
Check that whether the wire terminals inside the terminal box are
accordance with the leading terminals in phase sequence, whether the
earth wire are solid and whether earth situation is in good status.
经上述检查后方可起动电动机，电动机起动时应满压直接启
动，（降压起动会因制动器无法打开而导致电动机无法正常启动），
启动后应让电动机空转一段时间，注意轴承温度不得X过95℃，
还应注意电动机是否有不正常的响动、振动、局部发热等情况。
发现有异常的现象，应立即停车检查，直至消除为止。

reduced voltage if the reduced voltage starting is employed). After the
motor starts, an idle operation is needed for a period of time and pay
attention to the bearing temperature and it should not exceed 95°C. The
motor should not have the abnormal sound, vibration, overheat locally,
etc. If the abnormalities are found, the motor should，stop immediately
and be check to make the trouble shooting.
