公司一直致力于为外资机械制造企业提供各种精密机械零部件的制造加工服务。新产品项目组开发生产出的GBM系列自动行进式钢板坡口机和GCM系列钢板倒棱机。
GBM系列自动行进式钢板坡口机是一种广泛适用于船舶，冶金，压力容器，钢结构,空压机等各种焊接制造行业的焊割辅助设备。适合加工普碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢、铝合金等各种材料的焊接坡口；与其它坡口手段相比具有高效、节能、环保，操作安全、简单、方便等多项X点；并能大大降低工人的劳动强度，节约能源消耗与劳动力成本；同时符合当前低碳经济与节能减排的环保趋势与理念。
为配合当前船舶企业推行PSPC涂装新标准（《船舶X海水压载舱和散货船双舷侧处保护涂层性能标准》），新近开发生产出GCM系列钢板倒棱机，可以将金属棱边倒R2,R3的圆弧角或C1,C2的45度角。根据不同的使用场合与需求，有手提式，小型自动行进式和大型自动进料式等多种规格系列可供用户选择。可以应用于桥梁工程，飞机制造等行业，并具有切削效率高，操作灵活方便，安全环保等特点。

GBM-12Aplatebevelingmachine
GBM-12A型自动行进钢板坡口机以每分钟1.5-2.5米的速度，可在厚度45毫米以下，材料抗拉强度为40kg/mm2钢板上一次自动行进加工出坡面宽度12毫米的焊接坡口，根据实际需要分数次可加工到坡面18毫米宽度。通过更换角度器附件可以得到从25°、30°、35°、40°、45°五个标准坡口角度。也可以通过更换附件为稍短尺寸的圆管进行坡口。是一款综合性能较好的坡口设备。
